Planning
We establish mid-long-term business plans for the center and design progress methods to manage the flow. We conduct performance management, intellectual property management, and identification of industry trends so that new directions can be sought for research activities. In addition, we take responsibility for the strategic tasks of deriving the future tasks of the center through new business proposals, execution management, and venture-fostering support.

Trend Strategy
We read market trends through consumer and trend research and play a role in increasing product value through branding, advertising, and sales promotion. Through market research and the operation of consumer groups and panels, we listen closely to the voices of consumers and analyze the results to derive product development and improvement directions. In addition, we directly perform marketing tasks for the group’s flagship products to select the optimal strategy that fits the product characteristics and improve its perfection.

Business Management
We support the overall management of the center through financial affairs, such as budget establishment and execution, and general affairs such as purchasing, business trips, and administration. We provide practical support for organizational operations by performing tasks essential to corporate infrastructure and improving and managing overall management activities

Human Resource
We take responsibility for HR tasks such as recruitment, placement, evaluation, promotion, and salary and plan and conduct internal and external education to strengthen employee competence. Through the management and development of human resources, we play a supporting role in helping the development of members lead to the development of the organization. In addition, we are contributing to making the center a GWP(Great Work Place) through the task of improving corporate culture.

Business Support
We play a role of giving a practical help to work progress and environment. We are taking responsibility for managing the center facilities and employee health management through safety management and health work, including environmental improvement, and are improving work infrastructure through DT-based IT support.
